FREE 15-Minute Diastasis & C-Section Screen

(Offered on Mondays at the Village Project)

This screening will assess your symptoms and determine if further evaluation and intervention are required.

During this screening, we will:

  • See if you have a separation and learn how to prevent it from getting bigger or heal it postpartum.

  • Check your c-section scar healing and learn how to eliminate the "c-section shelf."

  • Discounted childcare available at The Village Project during your check!
