Balance deficits can be caused by a variety of reasons. Our balance system is made up of our inner ear, sensors in our tendons, and our visual system. “I’ve dealt with back pain for years, and no one else had looked at the issue like Kaeli did- tying together the hips, pelvic floor, and my deep core strength and even my feet! I can finally sleep through the night now, and play with my kids without paying for it later.”

-Rachael R.

“Kaeli is a kind, intuitive, and intelligent PT who helped me get out of a really dark place and back to doing the things I love. I am so grateful I found her.”

—Susan T.

“I want to thank you for all you did during my pregnancy journey. You went above and beyond to help me overcome my fear of another episiotomy and pushing for 4 hours like I had with my first. From start to finish, I felt so in control, prepared, calm, and on and on. I had the positive affirmations in my head. I enjoyed giving birth this time! It was the most amazing experience and I’m so glad I was able to experience it. I told both my midwife and nurse that I attributed so much of my positive birth experience to my PT sessions with you. ”

“There’s been a whole shift in my sex life! I’m relaxed because I know it’s not going to hurt after 10+ years of pain. I can’t thank you enough for all your encouragement and positivity. I was skeptical that this would work for me because I had suffered so long, but I trusted you and look what happened! ”
