Stress, Pain and Sleep Management
Mindfulness and biofeedback training offers a practical approach to living life fully with all its joys and difficulties. It helps us respond to life’s challenges with stability and skill and discover our innate capacity for wisdom and love. Research continues to show that mindfulness can help patients manage chronic pain and illness, improve sleep, and decrease stress and anxiety. Dr. Beckham has studied with the national leader in PT and mindfulness integration, Carolyn Mcmanus, and is passionate about helping clients find more ease in their lives.

Balance Training
Balance deficits can be caused by a variety of reasons. Our balance system is made up of our inner ear, sensors in our tendons, and our visual system. Injury to any one of those systems can give us a balance problem. Dr. Beckham helps patients improve all aspects of this system to feel more safe and in control.
