Perhaps the holiday table looks different this year due to the loss of a loved one, a friend, or a pet. Maybe you've experienced the loss of a baby or pregnancy. No matter the nature of your grief, you are welcome here.
We will begin with a reading on how grief manifests, share common strategies to support grief, and spend time in silence with art, music, and journaling activities. The event will close with a meditation.
