7 Weeks of functional strength and conditioning training to prevent injury and improve your skiing.

Classes are led by Kelley Mast, Certified Personal Trainer, Ski Instructor, and Former Ski Racer. Programming co-designed with Dr. Beckham to keep you safe and strong on the hill.
