What to Expect

Dynamic Exercises: Specific, targeted exercises to help you ski from first chair to last chair.

Injury Prevention: Programming co-designed with Dr. Beckham to keep you safe and strong on the hill.

Expert Instruction: Led by Kelley Mast, Certified Personal Trainer, Ski Instructor, and Former Ski Racer.

Snowboarder-Friendly: Snowboarders are indeed allowed, but may have to do extra burpees!

Kelley Mast is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer and the owner of MastMountainFitness, LLC, and has been training clients and leading group fitness classes in the Snoqualmie Valley for the past 12 years. She also is a certified spin, TRX, barre and HITT Chaos trainer. 

Kelley is committed to helping her clients find their inner strength to meet their fitness goals. Her goal is to help her clients feel confident and strong – all of which can be achieved through proven, personalized training methodologies. Key components to Kelley’s fitness programs include stabilization, balance, strength, endurance and power training.

Kelley has a strong passion for fitness and being active, whether it’s at the gym or outdoors. She grew up in the mountains of Colorado and has been involved with sports, recreational and competitive, since she was 3 years old. Kelley joined a competitive bike team in the mid- 2000s, and participated in road and mountain bike races for several years. Additionally, she was a ski racer from middle school through high school and more recently was a ski instructor at The Summit at Snoqualmie. During her first year ski instructing, she prepared and passed the PSIA (Professional Ski Instructors of America) Level 1 exam.
