Are you a postpartum woman eager to get back into running but unsure where to start? Or maybe you've never been a runner and want to take on the challenge of your first 5K?

The Return to Run Program is designed specifically for women like you. Providing expert guidance, a structured plan, and the support you need to reach your goals safely and successfully!

 

What's Included?

  • Postpartum Full Body Evaluation with a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist at the start of the program to make sure you are safe to begin training and to become aware of any specific weak areas or injury risks. 

  • 10 Weekly Group Runs with Run Coaches.

  • In-person Strengthening Classes with Postpartum Exercise Specialist Cynthia MacKay. 

  • Accountability Buddy to help you stay on track and achieve your goals!

  • Facebook Community of other moms in the group to join up for other weekly runs.

  • Program Completion Group 5K Celebration Run! 

  • Bonus Workshops such as: Intuitive Eating, Postpartum Nutrition, Performance Dietician, Postpartum Counselor, Sex Therapist + Pelvic PT (On postpartum sex, Birth Trauma Processing)
