Kaeli Beckham, PT, DPT
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
Kaeli Beckham is a doctor of Physical Therapy and specializes pelvic health physical therapy. She is the owner and founder of Mount Si Physical Therapy in North Bend, WA and the creator of thekegel.com and Pelvic Floor Birth Prep Online Series. She helps active adults be leak-free and pain-free so they can return to their lifestyles without pain or shame. She integrates therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and somatic healing to treat the whole person, not just one body part. She has a compassionate understanding of what it means to feel stuck, alone, and hopeless when injuries keep you from physical pursuits. Kaeli can help you skillfully navigate the whole recovery experience to come out the other side healthy, resilient, and strong.
Kaeli volunteers locally with Seattle Mountain Rescue, a group of seasoned alpinists dedicated to saving lives in the backcountry. She also enjoys skiing, mountain biking, sailing, playing ukulele, brewing beer and spending time with her family, two dogs, and friends.

Sex Therapist
Monica Lynne is an AASECT certified Sex and Relationship Therapist, ACSM certified fitness instructor, Health Science Academy certified nutritionist and ACSM certified wellness coach with a decade of past experience being a sex ed/health educator at the high school level in the Bellevue School District. She approaches her work from a holistic lens and cherishes working with all types of diversity and LGBTQIA+ identities. As a white presenting, biracial therapist, cultural awareness and celebration of ethnicity are deeply meaningful to her. She is passionate about Feminist Psychology, empowering all humans to become the most evolved, best version of themselves and loves to weave a dash of humor into her work. Her private practice is Balancing Life, PLLC which is located in Issaquah, WA.
Alyssa DiRienzo, ND
Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Alyssa DiRienzo is a licensed naturopathic physician. After completing a residency in general family medicine she also pursued a year of post-doctoral study in women’s health through the Institute of Women’s Health and Integrative Medicine. She utilizes functional medicine and natural modalities as well as prescription medications to treat patients. In her private practice she treats all people and has expertise in natural hormone therapies.
Since 2003 Dr. DiRienzo’s private practice, Sage Medicine, has been located in North Bend, Washington. Additionally she served as adjunct clinical faculty for Bastyr University from 2003-2012. She also serves as a consultant for various nutraceutical companies and is on the scientific advisory board for NutraBiogenesis. She is a published author in the Naturopathic Doctor News and Review. As an active member of the community with a passion for wellness and health services, she has served on the Board of Directors for both Encompass and Reclaim non-profit organizations.
