Mobility and Strength for Winter Sports
Are you an avid skier, snowboarder or snowshoer looking to improve your performance or recover from an injury?
Check out our upcoming workshop, instructed by Kaeli Beckham, SMR member, and Doctor of Physical Therapy.
During this one-hour class, we will run through the most effective dynamic and passive movement patterns to improve your range of motion in the ankle, knee, hip, and low back.
Next, you will participate in targeted strength training specifically designed to improve your skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing performance.
